Once you have purchased The Design Session, you will receive a consultation questionnaire within 24 hours, along with instructions for uploading photographs of your space.
After reviewing your completed questionnaire and images, we will contact you to arrange your consultation at a time that is convenient for you. All consultations are conducted online unless you are located within a reasonable distance for an in-person appointment.
Following the consultation, you will receive your Design Session plan within 7 working days, which you can then implement at your own pace.
